Role Summary


As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of product strategy for one or more products targeting the private sector. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, design, marketing, and customer success, to define and deliver innovative solutions that solve real world challenges faced by our customers, drive user adoption, and meet both business and customer needs

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Partner with stakeholders own the product strategy for your product(s), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Develop and communicate a clear vision for product capabilities and new product offers and identify key areas for innovation and differentiation that takes customer needs and company strategy consideration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for your product(s), providing leadership and clear direction to cross-functional teams. Work with leadership and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment on product and go to market initiatives.
  • Ownership & Execution: Take ownership of your product(s), across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and high user adoption. Take accountability for results and work with stakeholders to continuously improve execution.
  • User Adoption & Engagement: Drive adoption of hero features to capture market and wallet share. Develop and use engagement metrics to measure success and inform future roadmaps and go to market activities.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to understand the evolving landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation. Gather insights from customers, industry experts, and internal teams to shape product offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles across complex product portfolios.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A “think outside the box” Leader who embodies and demonstrates an ownership mindset.
  • A true sense of customer empathy – recognizing & caring genuinely about the motivations, challenges & frustrations of our customers & advocating for solutions to resolve them.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and deliver world-class user experiences in partnership with design teams.
  • Experience with understanding, balancing and delivering upon the needs of multiple user personas within a single software product.
  • Creating trust & strong relationships with various cross-functional teams from Engineering to Sales.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.
  • Travel required to meet the responsibilities of the position 

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technology related field.
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, or similar.
  • Experience in the corporate security tech stack.
  • Deep understanding of digital forensics data sources including but not limited to computer and mobile endpoints and cloud data.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

  • Compensation Range:

  • MIN: $107,200 - MID: $134,000 - MAX: $160,800 Currency: CAD
  • MIN: $128,800 - MID: $161,000 - MAX: $193,200 Currency: USD
