Job description:

  • Own the strategic vision and roadmap for PROWL, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives  
  • Lead the ongoing product enhancements focused on improving the PROWL user experience 
  • Develop deep user and market understanding through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and industry research  
  • Define feature requirements and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic value and customer impact  
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product increments  
  • Monitor key product metrics and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement  
  • Serve as the product expert for PROWL's MAP monitoring capabilities, becoming a trusted advisor for internal teams and customers  
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning and sales enablement materials  
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance PROWL's capabilities around unauthorized seller detection, violation tracking, and workflow optimization  
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, pricing enforcement strategies, and competitive offerings in the brand protection space 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-8+  years in product management, preferably with SaaS applications in ecommerce, retail analytics or brand protection 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products 
  • Experience with user-centric design and UI/UX best practices 
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making skills 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities 
  • Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with engineering teams 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Understanding of ecommerce ecosystem, pricing strategies, and brand protection challenges (preferred)

Location: 

We are hiring for this position in the USThis is a remote position.


Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $135,000 - 165,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
