Position Overview
We're searching for a Senior Product Manager on our Poker team who can help drive the team’s product vision and strategy. This Product Manager will drive features in all parts of the product lifecycle, with a special focus on live operations and monetization. In this role, you will be building on our robust events, offers, and live operations infrastructure to provide novel and exciting updates to the Zynga Poker community every single day. What You'll Do:
- Drive features through all parts of the product lifecycle on Zynga Poker, from ideation through to development, deployment, and analysis, with a particular focus on live operations and monetization features.
- Partner with engineers, artists, producers, QA, marketing, and other disciplines across the Poker studio to successfully deliver great gameplay experiences for our users.
- Develop and communicate the vision for live game operations clearly to stakeholders across the studio, positively influencing outcomes through clear, concise communication.
- Conduct rigorous analysis utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights into product and feature performance. Build on those insights by driving key next steps through to conclusion.
- Develop and implement A/B testing on core live game features utilizing Zynga’s tech stack to deliver results through game optimization and iteration - helping the studio to be 1% better each day.
- Support robust live operations for the Zynga Poker product, delivering compelling events and offers to our players to ensure the game remains fresh and exciting for players every day.
- Evangelize Poker product vision within the studio and global Zynga organizations including marketing, central tech, and other partner teams.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health.

What You Bring:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience with data-driven decisionmaking.
- Solid design sense, capable of identifying the various tradeoffs in feature development and making the best decision for the feature, player, and product.
- Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities, collecting requirements, crafting product specifications, carrying features from conceptualization to implementation.
- A track record for high performance and team/project leadership.
- Hard-working, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally, 5+ year prior experience in consumer technology or mobile games product management.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $ 98,400 and $ 145,620 per year.
The pay range for this position in Chicago at the start of employment is expected to be between $ 87,400 and $129,340 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
