About the Role:

CrowdStrike's AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product line is pioneering the future of AI security. As enterprises rapidly adopt AI and LLMs across their organizations, they face unprecedented security challenges. AIDR provides comprehensive detection, guardrails, and response capabilities to secure AI use cases at scale. Join us in building the platform that protects the next generation of enterprise AI.

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to own the Platform capabilities for AIDR. This role is critical to building the foundational features, integrations, and enterprise-grade capabilities that enable customers to deploy AI security at scale. You'll work at the intersection of product engineering, AI threat detection, and CrowdStrike customers—defining capabilities that support our entire product portfolio.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll shape the technical foundation of a rapidly growing product line.

What You'll Do:

Platform Strategy

  • Define and execute the product roadmap that continuously evolves AIDR to address emerging AI security challenges and customer needs

  • Own the feature prioritization process balancing customer requests, competitive differentiation, and strategic platform investments

  • Partner with Engineering on platform architecture decisions that enable rapid feature development and scalability

  • Drive platform quality through feature refinement, usability improvements, and technical debt reduction

  • Own the product vision for how AIDR adapts to new AI technologies, platforms, and usage patterns

  • Define features that improve product performance, reduce latency, and enhance reliability at enterprise scale

  • Build capabilities that enable AIDR to scale with customer growth in AI adoption and usage volume

  • Own the product strategy for maintaining competitive differentiation through continuous feature innovation

  • Balance technical excellence with business priorities and evolving customer needs

Core Product Features and Capabilities

  • Define and deliver product features that make AIDR intuitive, powerful, and essential for enterprise AI security teams

  • Own AI policy definition capabilities including policy creation, management, versioning, and enforcement mechanisms

  • Design enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights into AI usage, threats, and security posture

  • Define new data collector capabilities to expand visibility across emerging AI platforms, applications, and infrastructure

  • Drive continuous enhancement of existing collectors to improve coverage, reliability, and data quality

  • Build notification and alerting features that enable timely response to AI security events and policy violations

  • Own user experience evolution across all product surfaces including workflows, navigation, and information architecture

  • Build features that surface AI risk insights, trend analysis, and security recommendations to customers

  • Drive integration with enterprise systems including identity providers, SIEM platforms, and security tools

  • Ensure platform meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements across a variety customer environments

Integration & Ecosystem Strategy

  • Own the collector strategy for data collection, integration points, and connectivity with customer environments

  • Define requirements for integrating with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure

  • Build partnerships and integration capabilities that extend platform reach and value

  • Enable seamless deployment across a variety of customer technology stacks

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead strategic AI security discussions with customers and prospects, including executive audiences

  • Support sales by providing technical backup, feature acceleration, and pricing support to help win key opportunities

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure platform alignment across CrowdStrike product lines

  • Partner with Sales Engineering to develop customer-facing materials and field enablement

  • Work closely with customers to gather requirements and validate platform direction

  • Engage with Engineering leadership on resource allocation and technical priorities

  • Coordinate with Marketing on platform positioning and go-to-market initiatives

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Translate platform vision into actionable requirements and engineering deliverables

  • Manage platform backlog and prioritize across competing customer needs and strategic initiatives

  • Make build vs. buy decisions for platform capabilities and evaluate partnership opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement in platform capabilities based on customer feedback and usage data

  • Maintain roadmap based on market changes, customer requests, and strategic opportunities

What You'll Need:

  • Background in cybersecurity products, security infrastructure, or cloud security platforms

  • Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, LLM architectures, and AI security challenges

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, security platforms, or cloud infrastructure

  • Strong technical background with deep understanding of cloud architectures and distributed systems

  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate customer needs into platform requirements

  • Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with AI agents, agentic platforms, A2A, MCP, and AI gateways

  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements (government cloud, industry certifications)

  • Familiarity with developer platforms, API design, and SDK development

  • Experience with platform migrations, infrastructure modernization, or cloud transformations

  • Knowledge of identity and access management, authentication, and authorization systems

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
