The Senior Product Manager will manage product development for operational workflows, collaborate with teams across Fetch, and use data to drive product decisions.
Our Opportunity
Fetch is growing our Product organization and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help build and scale the operational backbone of our community services platform. This role will focus on under-the-roof operations and service partner experience, powering Fetch’s Package, Market, Storage, and Trash services as we expand new verticals nationwide.
You’ll own critical internal and service partner-facing experiences that enable our operations teams to move faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows supporting Fetch’s service offerings
- Act as the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership
- Develop deep subject matter expertise for internal operators and service partners through research, data analysis, and hands-on discovery
- Identify high leverage opportunities and success criteria that support our strategic product roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
- Lead product discovery and delivery from ideation → discovery → development → launch, driving measurable business outcomes and act as the driving force behind your projects
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver solutions that are technically sound, user-centered, and operationally efficient
- Use data to inform prioritization, evaluate tradeoffs, and assess impact through experimentation and post-launch analysis
- Continuously improve operational tooling and workflows as Fetch scales new service verticals and enters new markets
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technology-driven business (logistics, gig-marketplace, or operations-heavy environments are a plus)
- Proven experience owning complex internal or operational products, not just customer-facing features
- Strong ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Analytics to create momentum behind your projects
- Demonstrated success driving data-informed decision making, including experimentation and hypothesis testing
- Comfortable getting hands-on with data and performing ad-hoc analysis to inform product direction
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product plans
- Experience prioritizing roadmaps in the context of company goals, resource constraints, and operational realities
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product discovery techniques
- Passion - we are a close-knit team who loves building cool products
- Humility - we are believers in making decisions together and learning from one another
- Humor - we don't take ourselves too seriously
- Adaptation - we open-mindedly address new challenges
What We'll Deliver On:
- Flexible hybrid work schedule with dedicated remote days
- Centrally located office in downtown Austin
- Unlimited PTO
- Comprehensive health benefits
- Stocked kitchen with coffee, kombucha, and snacks
- Regular team events and happy hours
- Opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong, experienced engineering and product team that puts the customer first
