The Role

Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the Emerging Apps business unit, with a focus on scaling, optimizing, and expanding newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role for a proven product leader who combines business acumen, operational excellence, and user empathy.

You will be responsible for integrating, optimizing, and scaling newly acquired mobile apps, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring that every product in the Mode.Inc portfolio contributes meaningfully to growth and profitability. You will work closely with the General Manager - Emerging Apps, cross-functional teams, and executives to establish the roadmap, lead teams, and set the bar for world-class product management.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end integration and growth of newly acquired apps within the Mode.Inc ecosystem.
  • Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes.
  • Develop strategic product-feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale by analyzing and implementing best-in-market trends and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Build and mentor cross-functional teams; serve as a role model and standard-setter for product excellence.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Monetization, and Data teams to deliver value-driven, measurable results.
  • Establish frameworks for ongoing experimentation to drive further monetization and scalable growth.
  • Partner with M&A, Finance, and Leadership to identify opportunities and shape post-acquisition product strategies.
  • Provide visibility into business performance and communicate results clearly to executive stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line.
  • Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in mobile app ecosystems (utility, social, entertainment, or rewards/monetization). with understanding of  subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies.
  • Demonstrated success integrating and scaling products post-acquisition or within multi-app portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level.

You will build the systems, playbooks, experiments, and product discipline that make each future acquisition faster and more successful. You will shape how new apps transition into Mode.Inc and its operating business units, how quickly they grow, and how well they perform, setting the standard for great post-acquisition product management.
