Under the FOX banner, Fox Corporation produces and distributes content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX News Media, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

ABOUT US

The new FOX direct-to-consumer platform is a forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio— sports, news, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Manager for Living Room platforms, you will define and drive the FOX One experience across connected TV devices such as Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV. This role is essential in positioning FOX One as the best place to watch FOX’s premium content—especially live sports, breaking news, and marquee entertainment events like season premieres or show finales.

You’ll own the product vision for the Living Room experience, crafting features that drive user engagement and retention around these high-impact content moments. From new content discovery patterns to dynamic live playback UX, you’ll shape how audiences experience real-time and on-demand storytelling in the 10-foot interface.

You’ll also lead end-to-end development—from idea to launch—of innovative product features by writing clear product briefs, partnering on user research, and collaborating across design, engineering, and operations.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and platform innovation.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the product roadmap and vision for FOX One’s Living Room platforms

  • Develop feature concepts that enhance how users experience live sports, news, and cultural tentpole moments

  • Craft product briefs and lead discovery efforts with cross-functional teams, including user research and data analytics

  • Deliver engaging, platform-optimized UX for event-based tune-in, dynamic home modules, live playback, and real-time updates

  • Lead certification, QA, and app performance tracking across platforms

  • Collaborate with editorial and content teams to reflect real-time programming priorities in the product experience

  • Design for platform-specific innovation such as voice navigation, smart home integrations, and remote input enhancements

  • Stay on top of viewer behavior, performance metrics, and emerging trends to continuously improve and elevate the Living Room experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience

  • 2+ years working directly on CTV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV)

  • Experience leading 0-to-1 product efforts, including new app launches or platform entry

  • Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into innovative, platform-specific product experiences

  • Familiarity with event-based viewing patterns, tune-in behavior, or audience engagement cycles

  • Strong understanding of video playback UX, remote navigation, and device performance constraints

  • Demonstrated success in writing product briefs, running experiments, and collaborating with Design and Engineering

  • Passion for creating experiences that elevate cultural moments and appointment viewing

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience with products in media, entertainment, or a subscription service

  • Experience designing for tune-in behavior, live programming, or dynamic content modules

  • Understanding of personalization, recommendations, or editorial CMS systems

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
