We're looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to join our amazing Angry Birds Dream Blast team. This is a high-impact role where you'll help drive the long-term growth and player experience of the game by managing and continuously optimizing the live game experience. This includes improving the live events & offers, economy, progression, balance, rewards, and difficulty tuning for millions of fans worldwide. Working side-by-side with data analysts, designers and producers, you'll drive data-informed decisions and live experimentation to keep the game engaging and thriving. You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • You’ll dive deep into player behavior and live-ops performance, to optimize our live events & offers,  game economy, progression systems, and difficulty curves.
  • Craft hypotheses, execute A/B tests, and translate data-driven insights into impactful player experience enhancements.
  • Analyze player data to discover fresh opportunities to improve the everyday gameplay experience, monetization, retention, and overall live performance.
  • Translate product strategy into clear priorities, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment with a constant focus on high-quality execution.
  • Plan and execute live events and feature updates to keep our players engaged while delivering strong business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with economy designers and data analysts to build structured frameworks for game systems tuning and scenario planning.
  • Monitor live-ops performance and evaluate the impact of economy changes, feature releases, system updates, and difficulty changes on overall gameplay and player experience.
  • Benchmark market trends and emerging practices to bring creative, promising opportunities to the team.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a PM on live F2P games, with a focus on live-ops and game systems.
  • You bring a track record of driving game impact through live-ops management and economy tuning.
  • You have a deep understanding of F2P economies, core level difficulty, and game systems.
  • You're comfortable analyzing, and querying data independently using analytics tools and SQL.
  • You're experienced in A/B testing, hypothesis formulation, and statistical concepts.
  • You excel at clear communication and effortlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, and engineers.
  • You are comfortable taking ownership of turning strategy into clear roadmap items and executing them smoothly.
