We’re seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Integrations to lead how CertifID connects with third-party platforms, title production software, and proprietary customer systems. You’ll own the vision and roadmap for these integrations, ensuring CertifID becomes a natural, effortless part of how our customers work every day.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, technical depth, and product execution. You’ll be the go-to leader for integrations - driving strategy, execution, and ongoing performance of these connections.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap and deliver on the vision to make CertifID a natural extension of our customer’s workflows(and industry leader) across key partner platforms.
- Act as the strategic and tactical driver with third-party providers, collaborating with their product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and workflows, using research and feedback to prioritize integrations that deliver the most value.
- Review partner APIs, technical documentation, and system architecture to evaluate feasibility and design the right approach.
- Define success metrics for each integration, track performance, and continuously improve adoption and impact.
- Partner closely with CertifID’s engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to ensure integrations are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Upgrade existing integrations to make them more scalable and flexible as CertifID evolves.
- Ensure the success of integrations — drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
What You Bring
- Although not a strict requirement, successful candidates will usually have 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform partnerships.
- Deep customer empathy and the ability to understand complex workflows across industries.

- Technical fluency - you can review APIs, talk shop with engineers, and assess integration feasibility with confidence.
- Experience collaborating with external partner product/engineering teams and managing joint roadmaps.
- Strong data-driven mindset - comfortable defining KPIs, tracking integration usage, and iterating based on results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent CertifID with external partners at both business and technical levels.
- A track record of successfully delivering integrations that drive measurable impact for customers and the business.
- Experience in real estate, title production, mortgage, or fintech integrations preferred, especially integrating legacy systems with modern web stacks.
