Lead the strategy, development, launch, and optimization of AI-powered insights, recommendations, and adaptive learning capabilities. Partner with engineering, data science, design, customers, and commercial teams to conduct research, define roadmaps, develop experiments, measure business outcomes, and improve adoption and retention. Translate complex customer needs into product requirements while ensuring data quality, effective AI evaluation, and cross-functional alignment.
Axonify is the AI-Powered Frontline Enablement Platform that helps organizations close the gap between learning and execution. By unifying learning, execution and insights capabilities, Axonify drives real business impacts for the world’s largest frontline organizations across retail, grocery, healthcare, and financial services.
More than 4 million employees across 160+ countries rely on Axonify today. It’s an exciting time to join as we transform the company and build what’s next.
We’re a team that thinks deeply, moves with intention, and embraces new ideas. We learn quickly, keep a sharp focus on real-world impact, and take meaningful action to drive progress. And we do it as one team, with openness, creativity, and a shared drive to keep pushing what’s possible
Axonify customers buy our platform to move business results: safer operations, better customer experiences, stronger sales, and lower turnover. We are building an intelligent, adaptive system that anticipates where each frontline employee needs support and recommends what they should learn and practice next. As the product lead for this work, you will partner with a new engineering squad, data science, and design to take LLM-powered and recommendation-driven capabilities from proof of concept to production, and to define what good looks like through rigorous evaluation. This role suits a Senior Product Manager who is fluent with data, experimentation, and AI-powered products.
- Drive customer and user research (qualitative + quantitative), define buyer personas, use cases, user workflows, and deeply understand the job your customer needs to do and the key unmet needs that unlock value, including how customers define and measure success in their own operations, across administrators, frontline managers, and executive buyers.
- Translate research and insights into prioritized product roadmap, requirements, user stories, release plans, and success metrics (KPIs).
- Deliver capabilities that span administrative setup, adaptive training delivery, and analytics, ensuring they integrate cleanly with shared systems and administrative frameworks while respecting established platform boundaries.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design/UX, QA, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to deliver high-quality and high-impact features, coordinate product lifecycle changes, and orchestrate go-to-market launches.
- Ensure internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) are enabled to sell and support your product.
- Own post-launch product performance and business outcomes by defining success metrics, monitoring adoption, engagement, retention, and customer feedback, and using experimentation and data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.
- Partner with data science to design experiments and measurement approaches that show the impact of product changes.
- Work with customers and internal teams to bring external business data into the platform, and define how it is validated and used.
- Contribute to product excellence through peer collaboration, shared discovery, and informal mentorship as needed.
- Skillfully manage continuous customer & user input, navigate trade-offs, and ensure transparent alignment across the entire organization.
- 5–7 years of experience in product management or related roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and user problems into clear, actionable product strategies.
- Strong technical fluency: able to reason with engineering about data, integrations, and recommendation systems, without owning platform architecture.
- Experience with experimentation and measurement, including separating causal impact from correlation.
- Experience building products measured by customers’ business outcomes, not just usage.
- Ability to apply AI across the product lifecycle, from research to prototyping.
- Experience shaping AI-powered experiences, such as recommendation or personalization systems, including quality evaluation and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and explain data-heavy concepts to executives and customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills; proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a team-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s in business / engineering or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile / scrum methodologies and product tools.
- Experience managing / mentoring junior PMs or product teams.
- Experience in frontline or deskless workforce, learning and development, or learning science.
- Experience with analytics, BI, or ML-driven personalization products.

We believe AI should help people do their best work, not replace the human judgment, creativity, and connection that make us who we are. AI is a tool we use to learn fast, elevate our craft, and focus on the work that truly creates impact. That shows up in our hiring process too.
We use AI-assisted tools to create a smoother, more organized, and ultimately more human candidate experience. These tools allow our team to spend more time on real conversations and thoughtful decision-making, the things that matter.
What AI doesn’t do at Axonify is make hiring decisions. Every decision is made by real people, using real judgment and grounded in our values.
Here’s what that means for you as a candidate:
- Feel free to use AI to support your thinking - not replace it. We use AI to learn and level up, and you can too.
- Be open about how you use AI if asked. Transparency helps us understand your process and how you approach problem-solving.
- Stay authentic. We’re hiring people, not prompts, your ideas, your experiences, and your voice are what matter.
We believe our team’s unique experiences, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and abilities add richness to our culture and depth to our ideas. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion creates an environment that supports, empowers, and delivers a sense of belonging for all team members.
We want to remove any barriers that may limit you from joining Axonify. Email [email protected] to let us know how we can support you with reasonable accommodations throughout the candidate journey.
