We leverage massive data and cutting-edge science to automate and optimize TV advertising to drive business outcomes. Our solution combines media buying, optimization, measurement, and attribution in one, efficient platform. Our platform is built by industry leaders with a long history in programmatic advertising, digital media, and ad verification who have now purpose-built a CTV performance platform advertisers can trust to grow their business.

Role Summary

tvScientific is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our identity graph and data partnership strategy. This work is central to how we deliver accurate, privacy-first targeting across Connected TV and digital. You’ll own the roadmap for identity resolution, guide the development of graph-based models that connect users, households, and devices, and expand our network of high-impact data partners. Your work will directly support campaign performance, faster optimization, and more precise measurement.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends technical fluency with strong product leadership. You’ll work with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable, real-time identity services, while partnering with Legal, Security, and external providers to ensure privacy compliance and long-term resilience. You’ll define key metrics, write clear product specs, and help internal teams understand and communicate the value of identity across our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own the identity product strategy and lead the vision for tvScientific’s identity graph enabling persistent, multi-device recognition across CTV and digital
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to architect and optimize graph-based data models representing user identity, household relationships, and device linkages
  • Design APIs and services for real-time identity resolution, enrichment, and activation in programmatic ad workflows
  • Embed privacy-centric solutions like UID 2.0, RampID, and emerging standards into the graph infrastructure to ensure compliance and scalability
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard third-party identity and behavioral data providers to improve graph completeness and targeting precision
  • Lead technical integration and operationalization of identity and graph enrichment partners, managing ingestion, data mapping, and deployment
  • Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and global privacy regulations
  • Maintain a strategic view of the identity and data ecosystem to recommend build versus partner strategies that maximize value
  • Write detailed product requirements, data specifications, and user stories to guide Engineering and Infrastructure teams on performant graph storage, traversal, and querying
  • Define and monitor key metrics such as match rates, accuracy, persistence, identity coverage, and campaign performance impact
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with technical narratives that clarify the value of identity resolution in CTV targeting
  • Stay up to date on privacy-enhancing technologies, identity standards, and regulatory changes, representing tvScientific in industry forums and partner discussions

How We'll Define Success

  • A scalable, performant identity graph that enables precise cross-device and household-level targeting.
  • Integration of high-impact data partners that enhance targeting, measurement, and user recognition.
  • Measurable improvements in campaign performance, optimization speed, and attribution accuracy.
  • High internal satisfaction with identity tools and services, and strong alignment with external partners.
  • Ongoing compliance with privacy and security requirements, without slowing innovation.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have

  • 6+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or technical partnerships focused on data-driven products, audience targeting, or martech.
  • Deep experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams to build and launch data infrastructure.
  • Expertise in identity resolution, segmentation, onboarding, and activation workflows.
  • Proven ability to source, evaluate, and operationalize third-party data partnerships.
  • Strong analytics mindset and comfort working with large datasets that you don’t wait for engineering to pull the numbers.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, audience graphs, and privacy frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills that translate technical ideas into real business value.
  • A solid foundation in AdTech, with bonus points for Connected TV experience

You May Also Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and digital media buying.
  • Familiarity with ad verification processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in advertising technology.
  • Certification or training in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with industry partners and building strategic alliances.
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the advertising technology market.
  • BS/MS in a related discipline.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
