About the Group Product Area

Duetto is transforming how hotels manage and price group business through a suite of innovative tools:

  • BlockBuster: A powerful quotation tool enabling sales teams to respond faster and more dynamically, driving conversion and revenue for group business.
  • OpenSpace: An algorithm-based pricing and booking engine for meeting and event spaces, offering optimized pricing and direct booking capabilities.

Together, these products support the full lifecycle of group business from lead to close, and represent a critical focus area for Duetto's future growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Product Management – Groups to lead our group business product portfolio. This role is ideal for a player-coach who thrives in both strategic and hands-on execution. You will:

  • Independently own and drive product development for BlockBuster, leading a dedicated scrum team.
  • Manage and mentor a Product Manager responsible for OpenSpace, providing strategic guidance and supporting execution.

You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to drive product innovation, enhance cross-product integration, and deliver measurable value to hoteliers managing group and event business.

This is a high-impact, fully remote position offering the opportunity to shape one of Duetto’s most strategic product areas.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Define and evangelize the product vision and strategy for BlockBuster and OpenSpace.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with company goals and addresses evolving customer needs.
  • Drive coordination and alignment between group product areas and broader Duetto product strategy.
Product Execution
  • Serve as the Product Owner for BlockBuster, translating vision into clear, prioritized user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers in an agile environment to ship high-impact features.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements and innovation.
People Management & Mentorship
  • Directly manage and support the Product Manager for OpenSpace, fostering career development and strong performance.
  • Act as a thought partner to elevate OpenSpace’s strategy, execution, and market adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market success, product positioning, and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and align stakeholders around product initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including ownership of enterprise-level products.
  • 2+ years of experience managing other product managers or mentoring within a team.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to define, build, and launch successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation.
  • Hospitality technology experience and/or familiarity with revenue management, group sales, or event space management is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
