About the role and what you'll be doing: 

Ensono is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager for our Ensono Envision client portal. This role is crucial in ensuring a user-friendly platform that provides transparency and insights across Ensono’s hybrid IT services to meets the evolving needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing SaaS-based applications and a passion for creating intuitive, client-centric solutions working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will report directly to the CTO and will work closely with the development director to set priorities as well as cross-functional business and operational teams to deliver a product roadmap that aligns with our mission to empower clients through innovative and intuitive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively build vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Ensono’s Envision Portal
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute product development plans and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
  • Evangelize the Envision portal internally, to industry analysts and clients/prospects as required
  • Conduct market research and analyze client needs to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Communication of the strategy, roadmap and progress for the portal across the organization
  • Foster collaborative relationships across teams to inspire commitment and drive product success

Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing multi-tenant, user-friendly client-facing interfaces.
  • A can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to resolving complex challenges.
  • Strong expertise in product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $112,000 to $163,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
