Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Endless Aisle platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, supplier participation, order volume, and revenue contribution.
- Lead discovery efforts with foodservice distributors and suppliers to identify new opportunities and pain points.
- Ensure seamless integration with supplier systems, pricing engines, and logistics partners.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
- Communicate product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain/logistics tech.
- Experience building or managing digital marketplaces, procurement platforms, or virtual inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry or distribution networks is a strong plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like SQL, Looker, or Amplitude.
