Working across CPU Engineering, Solution Engineering, Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership, you will influence product direction, shape market strategy, and strengthen Arm's leadership in Edge AI compute.
Responsibilities:
Physical IP Product Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Physical IP products developed within Solution Engineering (SE), from market requirements and business planning through product definition, development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, technology trends, and Arm's CPU roadmap.
- Translate market and customer insights into clear engineering requirements and product priorities.
- Develop cases, commercial justifications, and investment recommendations to support product development and roadmap decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to balance customer value, technical feasibility, schedules, and business goals.
Market & Competitive Strategy
- Define and drive Arm's positioning for CPU products targeting Edge AI markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive CPU offerings, AI workloads, software ecosystems, and emerging opportunities to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Develop product messaging, benchmarks, competitive analyses, and exec-level collateral.
- Influence CPU roadmap priorities through market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- Represent Arm's CPU strategy through customer engagements, analyst briefings, industry conferences, and executive presentations.
Strategic Customer Success
- Lead engagement with Tier 1 Edge AI customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with executive and technical team members to accelerate adoption of Arm technologies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to secure design wins and deliver customer success.
- Champion customer priorities internally to ensure future product roadmaps align with evolving market opportunities.
- Lead executive roadmap discussions, business reviews, and planning sessions with key partners.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid understanding of semiconductor product management and technology strategy.
- Knowledge of CPU architectures, SoC design, and Edge AI market trends.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial competence with the ability to balance customer requirements, engineering priorities, and business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners within a global organization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Technical Marketing, or a related role within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience leading semiconductor IP, CPU, SoC, or platform products throughout their lifecycle.
- Proven experience developing cases, product roadmaps, and commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, partner management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally to engage with customers and Arm teams.
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
- Experience with CPU technologies, including processor architectures, system architecture, or compute platforms, is highly desirable.
- Experience with Physical Implementation technologies, including Physical IP, implementation methodologies, or advanced semiconductor design flows, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Arm architecture, AMBA technologies, system interconnects, cache coherency, and Edge AI software ecosystems.
- Experience working with Tier 1 semiconductor companies, OEMs, or strategic ecosystem partners.
- Experience presenting to customers, executives, analysts, and industry forums.
