Responsibilities
- Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools and services that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and stick to the regulatory requirements
- Review the business requirement and come out with Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines
- Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritized
- Track and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements
- Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation to drive the efficiencies and user experience
- Support the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of product
- Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industry
- Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc. is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively
- Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment.
