The Role: A Catalyst for Vision and Execution
- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who operates with a unique duality. You will not only be the architect of our product vision—defining what we build—but you will also serve as a Team Catalyst for the Product and Tech organizations, defining how we execute delivery.
This role requires a leader who can drive execution and accountability within our squads while providing mentorship and setting the bar for product excellence. You will sit at the nexus of clinical efficacy and software delivery, ensuring that we are solving the right problems for our three core stakeholders: the Patient, the Provider, and the Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Delivery Catalyst & Team Accountability
- 2. Product Vision & Clinical Execution
Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model within the Product and Tech organization. Foster a culture of high accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
Process & Execution: Own the "rhythm of business" for the engineering squads. Ensure that sprints are planned effectively, blockers are removed, and velocity is maintained without sacrificing quality.
Mentorship & Quality: Provide hands-on mentorship and support to engineering and product associates, helping the team connect their daily code to the broader clinical mission and ensuring the highest quality product delivery.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and technology, ensuring that the "why" behind every feature is understood by the engineers building it.
The Clinical Ecosystem: Design and manage product lifecycles that account for the complex interplay between:
Patients: Creating engaging, empathetic interfaces that drive adherence and behavioral change.
Providers: Building tools that reduce burnout, streamline clinical workflows, and provide actionable data at the point of care.
Administrators: Ensuring robustness in billing, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Roadmap Strategy: Translate high-level company goals into a prioritized roadmap. You must be ruthless in prioritization, balancing new feature innovation with technical debt and operational stability.
Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics (KPIs) built around clinical outcomes and user engagement. Use data to validate hypotheses and pivot when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Digital Health or Clinical Technology.
- US Healthcare System Insight: Required residency in the US for at least 10 years, demonstrating deep practical knowledge of US clinical payment, regulatory, and operational environments (EMR, HIPAA, provider credentialing, etc.).
- The "Clinical" Trifecta: Proven experience shipping products that serve the distinct needs of Patients, Providers, and Administrators. You understand EMR integrations, clinical workflows, and HIPAA compliance.
- Leadership Trajectory: Experience managing agile ceremonies and driving accountability in engineering teams. You have a track record of improving team performance and morale.
- Technical Fluency: You don’t need to write code, but you must be able to debate technical trade-offs with engineers and understand the implications of architectural decisions.
- Communication: You can speak "Doctor," "Engineer," and "Business" fluently, switching contexts without friction.
- Language: You are bilingual and able to work in Spanish via our Chilean Engineering team.
- Proven experience building with AI tools (e.g., LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development workflows).
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Bubble, Retool, or Airtable) to build internal tools or MVPs rapidly.
Qualities That Will Make You Successful Here
- Empathy: You understand that behind every data point is a patient trying to change their life and a provider trying to help them.
- Grit: You are willing to get into the weeds to unblock a release, but you know when to pull back and look at the horizon.
- Ownership: You take personal responsibility for the success of the product and the health of the team.
- Proactivity: You anticipate challenges, propose solutions before problems escalate, and drive initiative across the product lifecycle.
Why Join Enara?
- Mission-Driven: Work on a product that tangibly extends and improves human life.
- Impact: Influence the culture and processes of a growing tech organization.
- Growth: Opportunity to shape the future of metabolic health technology.
