A day in the life (Responsibilities)As Sr Product Manager, you will lead cross‑functional programs that modernize and scale our end‑to‑end Order-to-Cash stack across B2B subscriptions & orders. You’ll set strategy across multiple domains (e.g., subscriptions & invoicing, payments & collections, revenue & sub‑ledger), reduce time‑to‑cash, improve revenue integrity, and enable accurate, timely financial reporting.
Scope & outcomes- Scope: Own multiple adjacent Order-to-Cash domains and the integrations between them; steward the end‑to‑end business process across teams.
- Impact: Lead programs that materially improve business outcomes (e.g., DSO –X days, billing accuracy +Y%, touchless cash‑app +Z%, month‑end close –N days).
- Behaviors: Operate autonomously in ambiguity; make hard trade‑offs; influence execs; mentor PMs and partner leads.
- Define multi‑year O2C strategy and architecture; align with Finance/Controllership, Sales/RevOps, Engineering, and Data leadership.
- Lead major integrations and migrations (e.g., CRM/CPQ ↔ billing/AR; metering/usage services ↔ rating; FAH/SLA sub‑ledger ↔ GL) with a focus on reconciliation and reliability.
- Scale automation in invoicing, collections/dunning, and cash application; codify controls without slowing delivery.
- Drive roadmap across multiple teams; set success metrics and OKRs; ensure privacy, regulatory, and security requirements are met.
- Own vendor strategy for O2C platforms; lead RFPs and evaluations; negotiate trade‑offs across cost, capability, and time‑to‑value.
- Institutionalize change management: UAT strategy, training programs, release playbooks, and communications that land adoption at scale.
- Mentor and elevate PMs and partner leads; model crisp decision‑making and root‑cause analysis.
- 8–10+ years in product/platform roles with deep experience across ERP/Finance systems and O2C in SaaS or payments businesses.
- Proven delivery across subscriptions/usage rating, invoicing & payments, collections/dunning, cash application/lockbox, and revenue accounting (e.g., FAH/SLA, RMCS, ASC 606 concepts).
- Expertise integrating Salesforce with NetSuite/Zuora and payment gateways; proficiency with APIs and iPaaS (OIC/Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi); strong reconciliation and idempotency patterns.
- Data fluency (SQL/BI) and an outcomes mindset; defines KPIs that drive backlog priority and change adoption.
- Strong compliance mindset (SOX/PCI) and pragmatic controls that enable speed with safety.
- Excellent written & verbal communication; able to gain buy‑in from executives and guide cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Nice to have:
- Hands‑on configuration experience with Zuora Subscriptions & AR (rating, taxation, dunning, lockbox rules), Zuora product catalog & billing schedules, or NetSuite ARM.
- Experience leading global rollouts and working with tax, payment, and collections vendors across regions.
- Demonstrated use of AI/LLM capabilities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy in O2C.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
