VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between $119,400 and $148,600 USD (United States) or $103,450 and $129,450 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Invest significant time with customers (interviews, win/loss, site visits); spot market shifts and validate with data.
- Embed analytics dashboards and risk-burndown practices into discovery and delivery.
- Shape horizon-1 roadmap and propose horizon-2 explorations, present evidence during Quarterly Roadmap Planning.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of progress and any changes to the roadmap
- Improve release velocity and quality by partnering with Engineering and QA on tooling and process.
- Deliver demonstrable business impact (revenue, adoption, efficiency, churn) and share causal narratives.
- Drive product strategy with a 2-4yr roadmap that includes new product innovation
- Guide prioritization by connecting problem statements to customer impact and business KPIs
- Lead end-to-end discovery efforts, including hypothesis framing, experiment design, and insight synthesis
- Represent your product area in Quarterly Roadmap Planning and Product Day; clearly articulate tradeoffs, outcomes, and learning
- Mentor APMs and early-career PMs through artifact reviews, pairing sessions, and regular feedback
- Partner with Engineering to resolve delivery blockers, improve planning rituals, and drive continuous improvement in execution
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience with ownership of a product area or key initiative
- Experience incorporating AI or ML capabilities into product features or internal processes to improve customer outcomes or team efficiency
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within various business intelligence and data visualization tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional Sprint Teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery
- Ability to connect product work to measurable improvements in customer experience, adoption, or efficiency
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Support, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery; ability to partner with Design and Engineering on delivery tradeoffs and quality improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring junior product managers or cross-functional teammates
- Familiarity with monetization strategies, onboarding, or customer expansion initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, regulated industries, or complex implementation environments
- Comfortable designing and analyzing user experiments or usage-based KPIs
