Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Own the vision and strategy for Outreach AI Platform that powers intelligent workflows across the product suite.
- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap, aligning with business units as they build domain-specific AI capabilities on the shared foundation.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and product design to deliver core AI platform components
- Drive feature development from requirements through launch, documentation, and iteration.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance on pricing and monetization
- Establish and track key metrics for platform performance, adoption, model quality, and business impact.
- Engage with customers and conduct market research to refine the AI strategy
Our Vision Of You:
- 5 or more years of enterprise product management experience with end to end ownership of prioritization, delivery, and go to market.
- Experience launching AI or Data products with LLM powered capabilities, copilots or agentic workflows.
- Strong technical aptitude with fluency in modern AI stacks including model integration, context orchestration, embeddings, prompt design, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proven ability to work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to take models from experimentation to production
- Clear understanding of AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles required for enterprise readiness.
- Demonstrated skill in translating complex AI capabilities into simple product experiences and measurable customer value.
- Strong analytical capabilities including business case development, data informed decision making, and clear problem solving.
- Ability to set long term platform strategy while driving meaningful short term product impact in fast paced environment.
- Excellent cross functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing engineering, design, and GTM partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building products for GTM teams – Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
