About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered and automation-driven capabilities within our vertical SaaS platform. This role will focus on improving customer workflows through intelligent tools that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to core customer workflows
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements
  • Define and maintain a roadmap aligned with company objectives
  • Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies

AI & Automation Development

  • Lead the design of AI-assisted and data-driven product features
  • Partner with engineering and data teams on model integration and evaluation
  • Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and user-friendly
  • Support human-in-the-loop and quality control processes

Execution & Delivery

  • Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact
  • Manage product development from concept to launch
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Go-To-Market & Adoption

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches
  • Support product positioning and customer enablement
  • Track adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
  • Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience delivering workflow-oriented or data-driven products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs
  • Background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software
  • Experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with construction workflows, especially pre-construction processes such as material takeoff and estimating
  • Experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows
