The Opportunity

Own the vision and execution for AI‑powered experiences that delight homebuyers and supercharge builder sales teams. You’ll set the strategy for agentic workflows, recommendation systems, and copilot‑style tools that drive real business outcomes—and see them through from whiteboard to production.

What You’ll Own
  • Set the AI product vision & OKRs that ladder up to company goals.

  • Lead cross‑functional squads (AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Data) through discovery, delivery, and iteration.

  • Ship trustworthy AI features—from LLM‑powered copilots to personalized visualization and guided selling flows.

  • Prototype rapidly with tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev to validate assumptions and accelerate learning.

  • Establish robust evaluation frameworks for agent performance, user engagement, and revenue impact.

  • Champion user‑centric design, safety, and transparency in every AI interaction.

  • Mentor and uplevel teammates on AI best practices and product thinking.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years shipping AI/ML or agentic products.

  • A track record of launching AI features at scale (agents, copilots, autonomous workflows) that moved key metrics.

  • Fluency with LLM orchestration, vector databases, and evaluation pipelines—enough to have informed opinions and drive trade‑offs.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into intuitive UX and business value.

  • Strong collaboration chops with Design, ML, and Engineering; you thrive in ambiguity.

  • Comfort balancing performance, safety, and user trust.

Bonus Points
  • Experience building sales‑enablement or buyer‑journey tools.

  • Background in generative design, 3D visualization, configurators, or AEC tech.

  • Expertise working with rich catalog or structured product data.

Success in 12 Months Looks Like
  • AI experiences adopted by >75 % of target users and contributing double‑digit lift in lead‑to‑sale conversion.

  • An evaluation pipeline that measures and improves agent performance weekly.

  • A clear roadmap that expands AI from guided selling into design, visualization, and operations workflows.

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Impact at scale: Your work shapes a product used to design thousands of homes.

  • Autonomy & ownership: Lead high‑stakes initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Remote‑first, async‑friendly culture with quarterly in‑person retreats.

  • Competitive comp & meaningful equity plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited PTO, and a home‑office stipend.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
