Senior Product Development Engineer

Looking for a skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with architecture, software, test and hardware teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level

• Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market

• Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements

• Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage

• Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment. Understanding of software-hardware dependencies.

• Exposure to both Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until April 5, 2026.
