Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about saving lives, doing something meaningful, and is driven in their craft. You should balance both creativity and the capabilities required to take on the challenge of driving health innovation while upholding a simple, holistic user journey.

Our Senior Product Designer will play a key role within our team of experienced, fast-moving, and highly talented designers, content writers, and UX researcher. With our talented and powerful team, we deliver strong UX that has a huge impact on people's health.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints that are simple, elegant, and rooted in user-centered design
  • Lead the process from concept to launch, crafting intuitive journeys across online and offline interactions
  • Collaborate with product and marketing designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience
  • Conduct user research and support discovery to uncover real needs and opportunities
  • Validate design decisions with data, experimentation, and user testing
  • Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and deliver impactful, user-focused solutions
  • Drive innovation by designing for advanced AI experiences and shaping solutions that integrate software with connected hardware to create seamless user journeys

The Ideal candidate: 

  • Currently located in a CST or EST state, having proven experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer product and interaction design, including building and shipping consumer tech products, defining user experiences, and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing), combined with 3+ years driving strategic product thinking and alignment with product goals.
  • 5+ years of expertise in visual design (typography, UI, illustration, animation, layout, iconography).
  • 3+ years of experience working on mobile products (iOS/Android).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing clarity and simplicity of user experiences with excellent visual design skills, with amazing illustration capabilities.
  • Identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to users and the company.
  • Highly organized with proven high-quality documentation output with expert level Figma skills
  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a remote work setting.
  • Experience in the digital health industry is an advantage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
