Position Overview:

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer who thrives in an environment of smart, driven people who work hard using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years designing SaaS products. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering team to design and ship transformative product experiences, conduct user research, and create and execute on the company's roadmap. This role reports directly to the Head of DesignPrior experience in Construction Tech is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive best in class product design to redefine the industry
  • Conduct user interviews and research to uncover insights to drive impactful product updates
  • Own end-to-end design efforts: take concepts and ideas and turn them into polished customer-facing product 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering 
  • Participate in product roadmap planning and team goal setting
  • Improve and implement a design process that focuses on high quality and efficiency
  • Contribute to improving our Design System

Qualifications:

  • You have 5+  years of experience creating best-in-class product design for SaaS 
  • You have a compelling portfolio showcasing the breadth of your experience and the metrics your projects affected 
  • You can articulate the rationale behind design decisions 
  • You have a proven track record as a designer who can own solving complex user problems
  • You lean on innovation and technological advances to design industry leading solutions
  • You can design within an iterative process while working with your product manager and engineering partners to achieve a vision
  • You have the ability to think about product as a system, driving different features to work holistically to achieve a goal
  • You take pride in creating and maintaining excellent design standards, as well as championing design best practices
  • You have excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
  • You're excited about teaching, learning, and working collaboratively across teams
  • You have a strong point of view and like to voice your opinions, but are eager to change them based on data
  • You have a proven track record working on remote teams
