As a Product Designer at Zerion, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our user experience across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web). You will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle, from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered design solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead User-Centered Design – Identify user pain points, conduct usability tests, and translate insights into design decisions that shape product direction.
- Communicate with Impact – Simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives. Present your designs confidently, align teams around user needs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to bring great ideas to life.
- Own the End-to-End Design Process – From ideation to execution, rapidly iterate through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while balancing speed and precision.
- Shape and Scale the Design System – Define, evolve, and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality user experiences across desktop and mobile.
- Stay ahead of Web3 Trends — Research industry trends and new design patterns, experiment with interactions, and push the boundaries of usability.
- Solve Complex Challenges – Take ownership of ambiguous problems, crafting elegant, scalable solutions that enhance the product experience and drive business impact.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team.
- Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bonus points:
- Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps.
- You’ll ideally come from Web3.
- Experience in creating and maintaining a design system.
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into projects.
- Experience with working in a distributed team.
