Our Client

A media company building a next-generation platform for the audiobook and creator ecosystem. Their product supports authors, narrators, agents, and publishers throughout the content creation, release, promotion, analytics, and performance tracking lifecycle.


Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define and build the foundational product experience for a next-generation creator platform, establishing UX principles, design systems, and interaction patterns from the ground up.

This role partners closely with Product leadership and collaborates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. You'll have significant influence on the direction of the product and the opportunity to shape foundational experiences that will impact creators across the platform.

You'll work across experiences such as:

  • Audiobook lifecycle and release tracking

  • Promotion and marketing workflows

  • Creator analytics and performance dashboards

  • Multi-title catalog management

  • Notifications and communication systems

  • AI-assisted creator tools

  • Design systems and scalable interaction patterns

 
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery;

  • Transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences;

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs;

  • Establish and evolve design systems and interaction patterns;

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions;

  • Contribute to product strategy through strong product thinking and user empathy;

  • Balance speed and quality while working in an iterative environment;

  • Advocate for design excellence and user experience best practices.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Experience designing consumer-grade SaaS products;

  • Experience with workflow-driven or dashboard-based applications;

  • Experience designing analytics-heavy experiences;

  • Experience working within startup or early-stage product environments;

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and execution;
