We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on design systems to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our design language across all products.

You will be part of a growing design team that is continuously improving our product experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications, spanning from ideation all the way to high-fidelity prototyping. You will also be contributing to our ever-growing design system, building components and architecting new needs.

Day to day, you will lead small projects, take on bigger ones with guidance and help, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design outcomes. You will be collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences.

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the development teams that need our support.

Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process.

Having time to learn and grow in weekly design chapter meetings.

Plus, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs and tickets but also participation in the Norman Nielsen certification.

What you'll bring

• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
• Reach out to our users for usability testing based on their feedback;
• Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient & user-friendly;
• Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge;
• Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and externally, and incorporate design feedback;
• Produce, present and review high-resolution designs with internal team members and client personnel, and incorporate design feedback;
• Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users;
• Collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues as part of a cross-functional team, with a Product Owner, Developers and Product Managers;
• Add value to our wider Product Design team;
• Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process;
• Build simple and complex components to ensure product consistency and scalability;
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to make sure design components are reflected into code.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years designing experience on Web and Mobile applications;
• Professional experience with industry-standard design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Illustrator or other design-related tools;
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

Νice to have

• Sportsbook or Sportsbetting Products; it would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the industry and if you have a genuine interest in sports betting, or other transaction intense industries, such as Fin-Tech;
• Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing;
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life;
• Meticulous and organized by nature;
• Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture;
