🧑‍💻 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for driving user engagement and conversion through intuitive design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including a product manager, engineers, data analyst, and marketers to craft compelling experiences that foster growth and elevate our user journey. Your expertise in user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving will be critical in unlocking our company's growth potential.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of user experiences that drive growth and conversion across the luggage storage journey.

  • Data-Informed Design: Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to optimize key performance metrics related to growth.

  • Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize user flows, conversion points, and friction points through A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align on objectives, and translate business goals into design solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.

  • Prototyping: Rapidly create prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows to stakeholders.

  • Design System Contribution: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability in design solutions.

  • User Research: Partner with the team to conduct user testing, usability studies, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

  • Professional experience in product design, with a focus on growth-oriented design strategies.

  • Portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.

  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
