The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$149,000-$245,000 USD

What You'll Do:
- User experience for discovery: Craft end-to-end journeys that help customers easily and find what they need - from search bars to curated collections to AI-powered recommendation modules.
- Drive innovation through data and design: Collaborate with product, engineering, business intelligence, and data science teams to develop experiences that blend user intuition with algorithmic intelligence.
- Scale and personalization: Build adaptable UX frameworks that support evolving machine learning models and a rapidly growing product catalog.
- Delivery and Execution: Lead projects from concept to execution - conducting discovery, building wireframes and flows, running evaluative UXR testing when needed, producing high-fidelity visuals, and partnering on final implementation.
- Bring a systems thinking: Design within and evolve a scalable design system, chipping in to a cohesive customer experience across platforms and devices.
- Influence at all levels: Present your work clearly and passionately to partners, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Mentor and inspire: Elevate the craft of the team by sharing standard processes, sharing feedback, and championing design quality.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/product design, interaction design, or information architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with personalized, data-informed design experiences (e.g. ML-powered recommendations).
- Experience working on large-scale e-commerce or retail platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Deliver design execution and influencing product, data science, and engineering partners.
- Design experience within e-commerce, product discovery, or content personalization experiences.
- Understanding of recommendation engines, search algorithms, or personalization systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact, scalable product design work.
- Excellent visual, interaction, systems design skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills-especially around sophisticated or technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in-office in either Bellevue or Boston hubs.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Model: 3 days in hub location per week
