Job Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Product BI Analyst who will turn large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive product strategy, trading performance, and customer experience. It is essential to have a strong understanding of the product, know the key performance metrics, and be able to test product hypotheses effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI or equivalent tools)  and Ad hoc reports to monitor product and trading KPIs.
  • Perform advanced SQL and Python-based analysis to support decision-making and product optimization.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Trading, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Build automated pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Lead the definition of metrics and measurement frameworks for product performance.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Solid programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
  • Proven track record in product analytics: defining KPIs, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, A/B testing.
  • Strong mathematical or statistical background with ability to apply quantitative methods to product problems.
