Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities through user research, market analysis, and discovery.
- Consider upstream and downstream impacts of new features to ensure a seamless product experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data, to define and execute product strategies for automation and intelligence.
- Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear user stories, epics, and product documentation.
- Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to prioritize development, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and successful delivery of product solutions.
- Monitor product performance metrics and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
- Champion a culture of experimentation by designing and running A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate product risks by proactively addressing potential technical, operational, or user adoption challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- General understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
- Basic proficiency in Python programming
- Basic knowledge of Bash scripting
- Exposure to security products and best practices
- Awareness of large language models (LLMs) and experience driving product innovation through artificial general intelligence (AGI) technologies
