- Partner closely with stakeholders across Credit, Marketing, Compliance, Investor Ops, and Servicing to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, insights, and process enhancements.
- Perform analysis and monitoring of key performance metrics across the entire customer lifecycle from pre-approval and decisioning to post-issuance servicing and collections enabling informed product and operational decisions
- Help shape the evolution of Upgrade’s internal data products by identifying usability gaps, uncovering data quality challenges, and contributing to backlog definition through analytical validation
- Design and maintain key data documentation, metric definitions, and validation frameworks that promote consistent usage and governance across reporting and analytics consumers
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve data sanity, availability, and lineage across multiple systems and environments.

- Strong business acumen, preferably in finance and lending - this is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis, data quality, and actionable insights
