How you’ll make an impact

As a Senior Product Analyst, Business Enablement, you’ll become a subject matter expert on a diverse set of product features and help ensure changes are clearly understood, documented, tested and adopted across FCC.

You’ll be part of a team that supports a large portfolio of enterprise products, including Microsoft tools, brand and language translation solutions, and other internal platforms used by employees. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical resources, employees and leaders to turn needs into clear product, process and user support outcomes.

We’re looking for a collaborative, analytical problem-solver who can connect business needs with practical technology solutions. Someone who can make complex ideas easy to understand for different audiences, build trust with stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguity.

If you’re curious, organized and comfortable learning a broad product environment – and you enjoy working at the intersection of business analysis, product support, documentation, testing and change enablement – this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into clear problems to solve, then translating technical concepts back into practical business language
  • Develop and maintain product-based documentation, process documentation, visual documentation, process flows, procedures and user support materials
  • Support testing of product changes, enhancements and updates to ensure business needs are understood, validated and ready for implementation
  • Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and operating procedures (SOPs) for enterprise solutions
  • Build subject matter expertise across a broad product portfolio and help stakeholders understand product features, functionality and impacts
  • Draft communications and learning support content that helps employees understand and adopt product changes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, employees, indirect leaders and senior leaders to identify needs, clarify requirements and support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, commerce, information technology, computer science or a related field
  • Minimum four years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, product operations, product enablement, systems analysis or a similar role supporting business and technology stakeholders (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, problems to solve, user impacts and technical considerations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in clear business language for varied audiences
  • Experience creating product documentation, process documentation, procedures, process flows, testing support materials or user guidance
  • Comfort working with Microsoft tools and learning new enterprise products, platforms and workflows
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work through ambiguity and build productive relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training communications or product rollout activities
  • Experience supporting governance, standards and operating procedures (SOPs) that enable effective and consistent use of enterprise products and platforms
  • Experience with brand management tools, language translation tools or enterprise collaboration platforms
  • Experience working in Agile, product delivery, product operations or technology-enabled business environments
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
