Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Culver City studio hub, or remotely within the US or Canada.

Monopoly GO! is our casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do
You will be embedded in one of our feature pods, working to deliver well tested, polished and innovative features for our players. We work on exciting projects and you will have the chance to create a significant impact on our players' experiences by ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful! You will:

  • Support live game incidents, including on call hours
  • Be responsible for the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process
  • Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality
    Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team
  • Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking
  • Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
  • Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline

  • Confirmed understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
  • Steadfast self-motivation and initiative
  • A strong passion for making top quality games that players love

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
