ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Senior Producer provides leadership within the AGBO Labs Production team as they provide resourcing and management for teams of digital artists across many types of projects.  Project types can include PreViz,, Game trailers and Cinematics, long-form animation and final pixel VFX. The role requires an even-tempered excellent communicator who can serve as a bedrock component of everything Labs touches.  This is an on-premises role with some allowance for WFH.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  

  • Work closely with directors, clients, and other stakeholders as Senior member of an existing Production Team to define project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with creative visions and technical capabilities.
  • Lead production efforts across multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between all departments.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, adapting as necessary to meet evolving project demands.
  • Oversee the implementation of Unreal Engine technologies, pushing the boundaries of virtual production and real-time animation.
  • Leveraging a technical acumen to help set agendas for the management of creative teams to achieve benchmarks and deliverables
  • A keen creative eye to serve as collaborator with artists and Supervisors as a partner in dailies and other content reviews.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure projects are appropriately resourced.
  • Mentor and support project managers and other production staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Ensure the highest quality of deliverables, maintaining our studio’s reputation for excellence in the industry.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a production leadership role within the visual effects or animation industry - film, episodics, game cinematics, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of VFX, animation and post-production pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creative and technical excellence.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Adept with ShotGrid/Flow and shot tracking systems
  • Extensive experience budgeting projects in Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to project actuals providing CTD reports and analyze other metrics 
  • Experience with Motion Capture processes, ideally with on-stage experience
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine as DCC and renderer a plus


The typical base salary for this position ranges from $165,000-$185,000 annually. Actual offers will be determined based on experience.
