 What We Need:

The WWE 2K team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, focus, prioritize and supervise a host of new features and pipelines we’re crafting for the franchise. In this role, you’ll both focus on specific areas and interact with every branch of the WWE2K team to drive initiatives, invent and improve features, and streamline the development experience to help make the next iteration of WWE2K the best ever. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, be a terrific communicator, and have team-oriented, collaborative approach to development. This role reports into the Executive Producer and is fully remote.

 What You Will Do:

  • Own high-priority initiatives to deliver amazing new features to our players
  • Work with a team of producers, designers and engineers to conceive and plan feature investments to constantly improve and expand WWE
  • Troubleshoot issues, and build consensus across diverse teams to ensure priorities are met
  • Provide management, organization and feedback to engineers, artists and designers across the team
  • Decompose long term efforts into incremental steps, planning and communicating road maps
  • Collaborate with team members in multiple locations to insure the impact and interoperability of your features.
  • Supervise content pipelines with our Outsource Partners
  • Manage milestones and addressing day-to-day production issues to help support the team in delivering on time at high quality.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of game status and trends.
  • Identify risks and development gaps and propose mitigation solutions.
  • Help manage game related documentation and notes. Keep pages up to date with the latest information and communicate any changes to the team.
  • Play the game, ensure that we are meeting quality standards set forth by the creative team.

 Who Will Be A Great Fit:

  • 8+ more years of game production, dev or program management experience
  • Multiple shipped games from beginning to end with significant scope of ownership
  • Shipped at least 1 console/pc game as a Senior Producer
  • Experience setting clear goals, planning, and delivering features with cross-functional teams and multiple competing requirements
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, documentation, tracking and transparency
  • Attention to detail and completeness, ability to see around corners, anticipate issues
  • An influential, yet collaborative demeanor
  • Project management training in scrum or other agile frameworks
  • Experience in Jira or other project management software
  • Background in annual game cycles
  • A love for video games (not just ours!)


The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $122,400 and $157,300 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
