We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead highly complex, design-driven creative initiatives from concept through delivery. This role oversees projects that include design and AV, and are often localized and/or require work from localized teams across the globe. This role reports to the Director of Creative Services.

This role requires someone who not only can lead and deliver a project, but also someone who can bring structure to complexity and can easily adapt to changes in the process or requirements. You should also be someone who is good with people and understands the importance of over-communication and setting everyone up for success. We're looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident leading projects with minimal oversight.

If you enjoy untangling complicated projects, building scalable processes, and partnering with creative teams across the globe, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple complex creative projects from intake through final delivery.
  • Manage integrated creative campaigns involving design, copywriting, motion graphics, video production, sound design, and localization
  • Manage projects with high scale
  • Coordinate work across global and regional teams, ensuring localized deliverables remain aligned with overall project timelines and creative intent.
  • Build comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for initiatives with numerous stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Anticipate risks early and proactively develop solutions before they impact timelines or quality.
  • Adapt existing workflows to accommodate new project types while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how work moves through the organization.
  • Ensure creative teams have the information, assets, approvals, and support needed to execute successfully.
  • Balance multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience producing complex creative, marketing, entertainment, or advertising projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, design-heavy creative and AV initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing localization projects across multiple languages, markets, or global regions.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows across design, copy, motion graphics, video, and post-production.
  • Deep expertise in workflow design and project management, with the ability to integrate new work into existing processes while continuously improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach—you don't wait to be told what to do. You assess, prioritize, make informed decisions, and move projects forward.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills and confidence working with executives, clients, creatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com or similar
  • We are only considering Los Angeles based resources

The role may be freelance to start at $450 - $500 per day. At full-time this role pays between $105,000 - $115,000.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
