Summary of Position:

NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to our clients. This role will manage production for an account in the autonomous vehicle industry. Our autonomous vehicle client develops self-driving technology for ride-hailing services, and participates in numerous events annually through marketing, public affairs and policy initiatives. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery
    • Provide seamless pre-production & on-site execution across multiple projects
    • Manage and execute programs up to $1MM++, taking full ownership of production processes
    • Oversee smaller initiatives team is working on and provide guidance to Associate Producer
    • Ensure project / program is delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations
    • Serve as a key communicator between cross-functional teams and agency partners
    • Ensure projects are resourced effectively and efficiently, both for project team as well as external vendors
  • Client Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed and executed in a timely manner
    • Own all client communications regarding production timelines, budget tracking, and program logistics
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets for programs they are leading and review budgets for Associate Producer
    • Oversee invoice coordination, vendor payments, and budget reconciliations
    • Work closely with Production Director and Accounts team to ensure all finances are tracked with weekly updates provided to client
    • Work closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate project closeouts
  • Team Management
    • Set regular check-ins with teams to discuss project related work and feedback in a timely manner
    • Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
    • Ensure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy
    • Project resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resources

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven event production experience required, with at least 2-3 years of management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Production role as it pertains to cross-departmental workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
  • Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, agency environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
  • Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
  • Knowledge of fabrication/scenic and technical production.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
  • While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events

Location:

We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City.

Salary Estimation: [$3000 - $3500 /week]

This is a full-time, temporary role (approx. 6 months) to provide leave coverage.

This is an exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.

NVE reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. NVE may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
