Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sourcing and supply market analysis of IEG global service procurement projects in United States
  • Participate in the communication and confirmation of procurement needs, and conduct Europe supplier sourcing and on-site inspections
  • Responsible for the introduction of local suppliers and contract management, help the business actively expand, innovate on the operation mode, gain insight into the most popular resources in the market, and ensure the supply of high-quality resources
  • Responsible for local procurement contract execution and performance management, including purchasing, payment, execution risk management, supplier performance and team ranking management.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years experience in service procurement
  • A clear understanding of the procurement concept and process, and a basic understanding of the Internet industry
  • Excellent English skills for barrier-free communication, with solid experience in business writing and negotiation
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, being able to conduct business negotiations independently, and ensure the results of implementation
  • A team player, a fast learner, with ability to work under pressure and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Passionate about games, experience working with a Chinese team is preferred.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $93,960.0 to $178,200.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent
