You will be a principal voice in platform consistency, DevEx tooling, and performance optimization, partnering closely with backend, and data teams to tackle distributed, cross-domain challenges and accelerate delivery. As the owner of frontend platform direction, you’ll also drive observability, alerting, and automated performance measurement for all member-facing channels.
Looking ahead: You will develop and champion our long-range plan for Server-Driven UI and Config-Driven UI architectures, building frameworks that will eventually enable teams to deliver highly dynamic, configurable experiences managed via central schemas and server-defined layouts—unlocking rapid iteration and customization at scale.
