Reports to: Senior Director Pricing Strategy
Location: Houston, TX; Boston, MA; Remote USA (CT or ET zone strongly preferred)

A quick snapshot...
As Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be the analytical engine supporting our Pricing Strategy team. You will master Conga's commercial and customer data and build the analytical infrastructure - dashboards, metrics, models, reports, and insights - that enables effective pricing decisions. This hands-on role requires strong technical skills, comfort with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

You’re joining at a pivotal time—Conga is undergoing a major pricing transformation. You’ll help build our pricing analytics capabilities from the ground up, establishing data infrastructure, metrics frameworks, and analytical processes that will shape pricing for years to come. Your insights will drive how we package products, price offerings, and respond to market dynamics—directly impacting competitive positioning and growth.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

Analytics & Data mastery: Conduct quantitative analyses (e.g., churn, margin impact), build pricing models and revenue forecasts, and analyze commercial and customer data using SQL, Python, or R to uncover patterns and opportunities.

Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain pricing dashboards and KPI tracking in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; deliver automated and ad-hoc reports on pricing performance, discount effectiveness, and competitive positioning.

Market Intelligence: Lead competitive benchmarking, market/customer research, survey design, and win/loss analysis to inform pricing decisions.

Financial Modeling & Experiments: Build financial models, ROI and economic value analyses; support pricing experiments and A/B testing.

Pricing Operations: Manage SKU creation, catalog updates, and system implementations; collaborate with Sales Ops, IT, and Finance; maintain accurate pricing documentation.


Here's what we're looking for...

Experience: 5–7 years in pricing analytics, business analysis, or revenue operations (preferably B2B SaaS); strong understanding of statistical analysis and SaaS metrics.

Tools: Advanced in Excel, SQL, Python, R (or similar), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); experience with Salesforce.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Initiative: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, survey design, SKU management, or financial modeling
  • Experience with pricing software (Pricefx, PROS, Vendavo) or pricing experiments/A/B tests
  • experience with CPQ, CLM solutions

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:
$95,615$152,985 USD
