About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst and help us shape the future of Buy Now, Pay Later. This is a high-impact role based in our San Francisco office, where you'll directly drive the growth of Flex Pay, our innovative BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product. If you're a curious, metrics-driven finance professional with 4+ years of experience and a strong interest in the fintech and BNPL space, this is your chance to make a significant impact at a fast-growing company. This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco, HQ office.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and product planning for our Flex Pay product.
- Dive into revenue, expense, and operational data to deliver actionable insights that uncover opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
- Work directly with product, marketing, engineering, and other teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives and product launches.
- Prepare and present critical financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking, to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and new business opportunities, creating financial models and processes from scratch.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment like fintech, financial services, or a similar field. You have a solid foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Passion and interest in FinTech and the BNPL landscape.
- Strong SQL skills are a must. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus. Experience with FP&A software like Pigment is preferred.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems. You have a natural curiosity and an eye for detail, and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- You can translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $90,000-$110,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
