Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThis Senior On-Premise Regional Manager role is the strategic leader for Sazerac’s On-Premise business across the West Division, including CA, AZ, WA, NV, HI, and AK. You’ll lead distributor strategy, direct a team of market-level leaders, and partner with key customers to accelerate volume, distribution, and share across the region. This role connects Sazerac strategy to execution—identifying the biggest growth opportunities, building solutions, and mobilizing distributor and field teams to deliver results. With broad regional scope and significant customer and distributor exposure, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to win in the On-Premise channel.  What You’ll Do

Lead On-Premise strategy across the West, setting volume, distribution, menu, and feature priorities and driving performance against KPIs• Own distributor strategy and accountability, leading business reviews and mobilizing distributor and Sazerac teams around the biggest growth opportunities• Lead and develop market-level ROPMs and On-Premise KAMs, partnering with State Managers and RSEMs to execute regional strategies• Build strategic customer partnerships and develop tailored programs across Hotels/Mass Venue, casual dining, bars, and high-energy nightlife• Partner across Brand, Marketing, NKA, and field teams to turn market insights and consumer opportunities into high-impact programming

  Qualifications/Requirements

Required:• Bachelor’s degree• 5+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years of distributor management and/or key account experience with a proven track record of success• Proven ability to lead On-Premise strategy, influence distributor and customer partners, and drive results in a complex, high-growth environment• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills• Demonstrated ability to lead both independently and cross-functionally• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred:• National On-Premise account experience across multiple classes of trade• Experience across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels• Experience in market development, sales analytics, or commercial strategy

The annual salary range for this role is $122,200-183,400.00. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.


For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
