The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own paid campaigns on Reddit and X, manage placements on review sites, and optimize performance metrics to drive lead generation and conversions.
We are looking for a high-energy Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us as a dedicated contractor. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Demand Generation, you will be the driving force behind our performance on high-intent and community-driven channels. You aren't just "managing" ads; you are owning the pipeline generated from Reddit, X, and our primary review platforms (G2, Capterra). We need a "plug-and-play" expert who moves fast, thrives in a high-growth environment, and requires zero ramp-up time to deliver impact.
This role is an hourly, part-time Navan employee and will be expected to work 25-30 hours / week.
What You’ll Do:
- Channel Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of paid campaigns across Reddit, X (Twitter), and B2B Review Sites (G2, Capterra).
- Creative Velocity: Partner closely with the creative team to develop platform-native assets. You’ll proactively manage creative refreshes to combat ad fatigue and ensure our brand cuts through the noise.
- Review Site execution: Execution and management of paid placements and lead generation on review platforms including G2 and Capterra.
- Strategic Optimization: Go beyond clicking buttons. You will analyze full funnel metrics and buyer Intent signals to adjust budget and bidding strategies and pivot spend toward high-converting campaigns in real-time.
- Account Hygiene & QA: Maintain obsessive attention to detail regarding tracking links, UTMs, and lead flow. You will perform regular audits to ensure zero "attribution leaks" between platforms and Salesforce.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly "Winner/Loser" reports and monthly QBRs. We value insights over data dumps—your reports must focus on lead conversion and pipeline impact, not just vanity metrics like impressions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Paid Media or Performance Marketing, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling campaigns within Reddit Ads and X Ads Manager. You know the nuances of these communities and how to convert them.
- Review Site Mastery: Deep knowledge of managing bids and lead-gen programs on G2 and Capterra
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Asana, Jira, and Google Products. You must be comfortable navigating Salesforce to track lead lifecycle and attribution.
- Scrappy & Self-Directed: You are a proactive problem solver who doesn't wait for a brief to optimize a failing campaign.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms and strategies.

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
- Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
- Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
