We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making across our People team. In this role, you will own complex data analysis, optimize key HR systems and processes, and partner cross-functionally to scale people programs. You’ll play a critical role in translating data into action, shaping the employee lifecycle, and enabling a seamless and data-informed employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, engagement, compensation trends).
Lead data analysis for strategic people initiatives and executive decision-making.
Own and enhance core People processes and systems, including HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and policy implementation.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement scalable solutions that improve the employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, IT, and Payroll to ensure seamless data integration and alignment.
Manage regular audits of people data for accuracy, compliance, and data hygiene.
Support compensation cycle operations, performance review cycles, and benefits administration with high precision.
Document and continuously improve workflows and operational standards.
Act as a strategic advisor on data best practices and tooling.
7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR & Data Analytics, or a related field.
Deep expertise in HR systems (e.g., Ashby, HiBob, Gusto) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion).
Proven ability to manage complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and data privacy regulations.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You are either based in Munich or San Francisco (or willing to relocate).
You are comfortable with being in the office 5 times a week.
Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $155,000 - $190,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
