Senior People Experience Partners help accelerate Articulate's business by partnering with leaders to build high-performing organizations where people can do their best work. They combine business insight, practical coaching to decisions about talent to help leaders navigate organizational challenges, develop talent and translate strategy into execution, performance, engagement, and change, helping leaders translate strategy into action as the company grows.
Working closely with leaders across our Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you'll serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, influencing complex organizational decisions while helping leaders navigate change, strengthen their organizations , and build engaged, high-performing teams.
You'll also partner across the People Team to shape and deliver the practices, programs, and everyday experiences that create an exceptional employee and manager experience at scale.
What you'll do:
Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers, developing deep fluency in your client groups' strategy, operating model, and business priorities. Use that context to influence complex talent, organizational, and business decisions, translating strategy into practical solutions that help teams thrive.
Lead the talent agenda for assigned client groups by partnering with leaders and People Team experts to strengthen leadership capability, shape organizational design, close critical skill gaps, support workforce planning, succession, and retention, and build engaged, high-performing teams.
Partner across the People Team to shape, adapt, and deliver company-wide practices and solutions, including performance management, development planning, and organizational design, bringing business insight that helps those practices evolve while solving complex challenges within your client groups.
Leverage business, talent, and organizational insights, along with technology, People Systems, and AI-enabled solutions, to identify trends, improve decision-making, simplify work, and create better employee and manager experiences.
Lead leaders and teams through organizational change by diagnosing risks, anticipating resistance, shaping communication and engagement strategies, and helping leaders navigate change with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
Own the engagement approach for assigned client groups, including survey planning, leadership debriefs, and helping leaders translate feedback into focused, sustained action.
Guide key moments across the employee lifecycle for assigned client groups, providing strategic counsel and hands-on partnership from onboarding through offboarding while helping leaders navigate the decisions that shape the employee experience.
Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and care, assessing risk, advising leaders on options and tradeoffs, driving issues to resolution, and escalating when appropriate.
Own the operational excellence of your client groups, handling the administrative responsibilities that come with the territory, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how work gets done.
Strengthen the People Partner function by sharing expertise, developing peers, improving operating practices, and raising the quality, consistency, and impact of People Partnering across Articulate.
What you should have:
10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Talent experience, including at least 4 years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
Demonstrated experience directly supporting, advising, and coaching Vice President-level and more senior executives.
Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations in a SaaS or technology environment.
Broad expertise across performance management, organizational design, change management, talent development, People Operations, and employee relations, with recognized depth in at least one area relevant to the People Partner function.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in significant ambiguity, evaluate complex tradeoffs, and make sound recommendations with both immediate and longer-term impact in mind.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to constructively challenge and align senior leaders in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
Ability to translate broad business and functional goals into clear strategies, priorities, milestones, and outcomes while managing multiple complex initiatives.
Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret people and business data, identify meaningful patterns, and translate insights into practical decisions and action.
Experience leading client groups through complex organizational change, including anticipating resistance, advising leaders, and adapting plans as conditions evolve.
Experience partnering across People functions and leveraging HR systems, tools, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver integrated, scalable solutions and improve how work gets done.
Demonstrated track record of influencing and improving People practices, operating models, or employee experiences that scaled across multiple teams or organizations.
