The Opportunity: Senior People Business Partner

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to solve organizational challenges through strategic and thoughtful people-oriented solutions. This role will primarily focus on supporting our Client Operations, Sales, Marketing and G&A teams. You will develop strong knowledge and understanding of how our business works in order to support your managers in building the teams they need to be effective.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with and challenge senior leaders on complex people matters, including performance management, succession planning, compensation decisions, organizational design, and sensitive employee relations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company values.

  • Translate business goals into people recommendations to continuously improve team effectiveness.

  • Lead talent calibration, succession planning, and performance management cycles across supported functions

  • Analyze engagement, retention, and performance data to proactively identify risk and recommend solution

  • Influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and courageous feedback

  • Collaborate with the broader People team to maintain, innovate and design strategic and pragmatic solutions to improve engagement and performance.

  • Drive change management efforts, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of decisions and that changes are executed based on company values.

  • Guide managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations matters while partnering with employees as a trusted confidant and advocate.

What you'll have:

  • 7+ years of experience working in an HR Business Partner/People Business Partner role supporting a diverse set of teams in a fast-growing company. Experience working with GTM and Operations teams is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with VP+ leaders in a high-growth environment to understand their organizational objectives and drive team member on-boarding, engagement, and performance management to ensure objectives are met.

  • Experience leading org design and restructuring efforts

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to revenue and operational goals

  • Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases independently

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of an organization

  • Strong knowledge of performance and engagement tools and best practices.
