What you'll do as a Senior Partnership Activation Associate
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with properties and partners and engage with partners regularly to execute and optimize contractual assets and programs.
- Assist with submitting creative requests, tracking spend, project management, and other activities related to activating partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team and key internal stakeholders to deliver assets and plans that support the partnership.
- Manage creative development and critical activation elements across team and league partnerships.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements for the team.
- Assess partnership health and performance on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor industry and competitive news and trends.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of marketing experience with a proven success record, ideally in the sports industry.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and possess strong project management skills
- Experience in sports marketing and partnership activation is preferred.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Comfortable with partner-facing interaction and potential travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, analytical, and self-starting environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
