In addition to fulfilling the role responsibilities of the Partner Success Manager position at an exemplary level, the Senior Partner Success Manager utilizes impeccable leadership skills for the benefit of Los Angeles Unified School District.  In partnership with team leadership, the Senior Partner Success Manager proactively identifies opportunities to execute with their own accounts as well as serve as a resource for others, which may include developing and sharing subject-matter expertise, and leading initiatives within California.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

  • Serve as an outstanding Partner Success Manager to their assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies designed to improve the immediate and longer-term health of LAUSD.
  • Facilitate the coordination of internal team members, including sales, professional learning and Cross-Departmental leadership, and leverage key internal partners such as National Directors, Research & Educator Success, to ensure the success of Los Angeles.
  • Provide a stellar educator support experience, including on-going proactive communication and timely responsiveness to evolving district and school needs to ensure strong implementations and highly satisfied educators.
  • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing and sharing how implementation health data can be used to identify areas of concern within implementations and effectively address the areas of concern with both internal team members and educators.
  • Through highly effective and consultative implementation review conversations, guide educators in leveraging data to foster a better understanding of their student’s performance and instructional needs. Effectively coach other team members on how to customize data content and identify the most impactful way to address LAUSD educators’ data questions.
  • Through the development of trusted relationships with key internal and external decision makers, show the ability to affect strong renewal rates across California.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing implementations, partnering with sales team members to further expand our impact in these districts/schools.
  • Effectively execute our overall company Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, including determining the most effective ways to incorporate this strategy into their work.
  • Contribute to one or more team-based projects, establishing and maintaining collaboration within the structure of the Partner Success team and Cross-Departmental teams to effectively produce results that will support the greater Partner Success team.

Required Job Skills and Abilities:

  • Though not required, we find educators within the K-12 space to be successful in this position given their knowledge of the complexities of managing a classroom, understanding of the unique educational landscape, and ability to instill buy-in from their fellow educators.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer, including the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools, search engines and reporting tools.

Location: This position is remote and listed as serving Los Angeles. Overall, we are seeking to hire a candidate who currently lives in Los Angeles. Please note that you may be asked to support other territories if offered a position.

Training: To assist new hires in learning about the Partner Success world at CA, we have created both cohorts and individualized training plans for new hires to collaborate and learn the role in a variety of ways.

Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.

At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan and receive an employer match. Employees have access to a flexible vacation and sick policy in addition to twelve paid holidays and a winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's, as well as a number of additional perks and benefits.

Travel: Candidates should expect to travel up to 25% of the time for periodic school visits, attendance at educator events, and attendance at company national and regional meetings.
